Learn to Knit with Jillian

Looking for a cozy hobby? Join Jillian from Cabin + Cove and learn to knit!

This workshop is designed for those who have never knit before or for those who would like a refresher of the basics.

Receive 2-hours of FUN hands-on instruction on the foundations of knitting including casting on, knit stitch, purl stitch and binding off. You will also learn how to read a yarn label and knitting patterns. By the end of the class you will be ready for a beginner-friendly project. Each participant goes home with their own knitting kit.

Ages 12+. All supplies included.

Jillian has taught hundreds of people of all ages how to knit and is committed to giving people a fun and positive first experience to this craft. On top of workshops, Jillian hosts free monthly Stitch Socials at the Kitchener Public Library (Main Branch) as a way to make knitting more visual, social and fun.
