We do our best to hang and display work in a safe and secure manner, though accidents can always happen in a high-volume commercial space.

Artists assume the responsibility of their works in the space. If there is concern we recommend an artist-specific insurance policy (i.e exhibition/transit policy, liability if the product is functional in nature).

Small, more "easily repairable" damage will be reported and discussed case-by-case.

We are committed to following the CARFAC fee structure.

We are a commercially-focussed venue (in which all works on display are available for sale), and receive no public funding. CARFAC does not mandate any exhibition fees (royalties) be paid to artists under this structure.

In this case, CARFAC does recommend that compensation is offered in the case that works do not sell during the exhibition period.

Following CARFAC best practices, an "honorarium" will be decided upon before the start of each exhibition. In group shows, the compensation will be divided amongst artists following CARFAC guidelines.
