Fabric Collage with Alisa

This workshop is all about slowing down and doing some hand stitching by using scraps of fabric and trim as your inspiration.

We will work on a fabric collage either on a piece of fabric that can be framed, hung or used as a patch, or directly onto your favourite garment (think jean jacket jazz-up). 

The best thing about this is it uses up all the little scraps that crafters are often left with. We will go over some different sewing techniques and some embroidery stitches too. You can use this time to play, tell a story with your work or just relax into some hand stitching.
