Join us for an evening of creativity and craftsmanship with local artist Sharl G. Smith (Sun Drops Studio)!

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make your own beautiful bead-stitched band ring from start to finish. The evening begins with a 30-minute in-depth tutorial on the Peyote Stitch, taught by Sharl herself. The Peyote Stitch is one of the most fundamental and versatile beading techniques—perfect for everything from small jewelry pieces to large sculptural works. Once you’ve learned the technique, you’ll have the opportunity to choose your own design and create a one-of-a-kind ring to take home. If your ring is a gift for someone not attending, be sure to get their ring size beforehand.

This class is perfect for all experience levels; whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced jewellery maker looking to learn a new skill. It’s also a wonderful way to make a thoughtful handmade gift, just in time for the holidays.
