Customize your Closet with Tanner 8.18.2025

Join local artist Tanner van Vliet and turn your unloved clothes into something new and unique with Lino block stamped patterns, fun patches, and more! 

We’ll carve Lino block stamps, create fabric collage patches, and add embroidered details to make your closet unique to you. 

Participants are encouraged to bring a few items or pieces of fabric to test out their stamps or add their patches to.

What to bring: 

● 2-3 items of clothing or pieces of fabric to print on 

● 1-2 Small soft carve Lino block plates (size 4"x4" or larger) 

● Carved Lino block stamps (if you have them) 

● Fabric scraps or unused/old items of clothing that you don't mind cutting up 

Provided Materials: 

● Fabric Lino Block ink 

● Lino block carving tools 

● Pencils 

● Sketch book paper / news print 

● Brayer / ink rollers 

● Inking plates 

● Fabric scissor 

● Fabric scraps 

● Iron-on paper / material 

● Embroidery floss 

● Sewing needles
